About me

I am a dedicated therapeutic counsellor with solid training in Psychodynamic Counselling from Birkbeck College in the UK (MBACP member). I started my academic journey with advanced studies in psychology, philosophy, and pedagogy at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, gaining an overview into the very basic understanding of human psyche.
As a therapeutic counsellor I work across diverse settings, including private practice and mental health services where I support individuals facing acute mental health and emotional challenges.

In addition to my counselling work, I have also trained in energy healing, which allows me to take a more holistic approach—integrating both psychological and emotional well-being into the therapeutic process. This combination enables me to support clients on a deeper level, helping them navigate their struggles with greater balance and self-awareness. Beyond formal education, I have engaged in numerous seminars and trainings throughout Europe, continuously expanding my knowledge and skills.

I deeply value self-discovery and self-awareness. I believe that when we take the time to truly understand our emotional world and know our story, we begin to uncover the roots of many of our struggles—and the pathways to healing. For over 25 years, I’ve been immersed in the journey of my inner exploration. Through my personal and professional experience, I’ve come to see how powerful it is to approach life with self-reflective attitude and willingness to evolve. This belief shapes how I work with clients. Therapy, for me, isn’t about “a quick fix”—it’s about reconnecting with what’s already within you, and making space for new insight, self-realisation, and healing.

Moreover, I value diversity and inclusion. As someone who has lived in various European cities (Athens, Madrid, London, and now Greater Geneva), I have worked with clients from a wide range of backgrounds, as a result, I bring a culturally sensitive lens to our work together. Your identity, background, and lived experience are respected and welcomed in our space.
